Shipments of our products are made by express courier; according to the country of destination.
Graphus will take charge of the choice of the courier to entrust the shipment of the goods. Shipping costs are calculated based on the differentiation address of the goods and in relation to the weight and dimensions of the shipment.
On the day of shipment of the package we will send a confirmation email. Delivery will be made approximately in 3/5 working days.
It is possible to send the ordered products to an address other than the billing address that can be defined during the quote request phase or subsequently by explicit request via email to the address email@example.com before the end of the process. To avoid misunderstandings / delays in delivery, we suggest you indicate an address where someone is always present (for example the workplace).
If the customer is absent at the time of delivery of the package, the carrier will leave a notice indicating the terms for collection or possible redelivery.
Shipping costs are calculated and presented together with the offer stipulated by Graphus on the specific requests of the Customer, in relation to the weight and size of the specific material.
For shipments to destinations other than European Union countries, there may be additional costs and taxes, which are fully charged to the recipient.

At the time of delivery, the Customer undertakes to verify the actual integrity of the packages and that they are not open, wet, damaged, or in any way tampered with or damaged.
For any problems encountered, sign RECEIVED WITH RESERVE describing the reason directly on the delivery document. We remind you that if the signature is affixed without contesting any obvious damage, the courier is relieved of any responsibility for damage occurred during transport. Graphus is relieved, against the buyer, in cases of non-delivery or delayed delivery, even partial, due to force majeure, unforeseeable circumstances and in any case in all cases attributable to the courier’s responsibility.
Usually the fulfillment of the Order takes from 3 to 10 working days. In the event that we are unable to meet this deadline, the Customer will be promptly informed with an email indicating the expected delivery terms. In this case, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 24 hours following receipt of the message, by means of a written communication also by ordinary email. If Graphus does not receive any written communication from the Customer within this period of the intention to withdraw from the Order, the latter will be deemed confirmed with the new delivery terms.
