These general conditions of sale govern the relationship between Graphus and the User in relation to the purchase of Products remotely, through the telematic network, on the Website www.graphus.it. Although not expressly regulated in these general conditions of sale and transport, please refer to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (“Consumer Code), pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 relating to the regulation of electronic commerce and, finally, of which the Italian Civil Code.
In addition to the other terms defined in these general conditions, the words indicated below, where indicated with a capital letter, have the meaning for each of them specified below, both in the singular and in the plural:
Graphus:
Indicates the online shop owned by Graphus registered with the Lecco Chamber of Commerce, VAT number. and Tax Code 03289610135, based in Via A.Ghislanzoni 10, 23900 Lecco (LC) Italy
User:
Indicates the natural or legal person who browses the graphus.it Site
Client:
Indicates the natural or legal person who sends an Order through the graphus.it Site
Set:
Indicates graphus.it as the Client jointly.
Website:
Indicates the website owned by Graphus marked by the URL: www.graphus.it
Products:
Indicates the goods sold on the graphus.it Site as indicated by the Customer in the Order and having the characteristics and qualities described on the Site.
Contract:
Indicates the agreement governed by these General Conditions of Sale and Transport, concluded between Graphus and the Customer. Following the receipt of the Order by Graphus, these Conditions are deemed to be accepted by the Parties.
Order confirmation:
Indicates the Customer’s acceptance, forwarded through the graphus.it website with electronic transmission, of the unit price of the Product (or the total price of the Products, in the case of the purchase of more goods), of the transport costs, of the characteristics and quality of the Product (or Products) and the provisions contained in these General Sales Conditions. Once the order has been received, Graphus will send the Customer by e-mail a summary email containing the details of the same.
The conclusion of the contract coincides with the payment by the Customer, through the relevant methods and procedures, of the amount.
For Customers who choose to pay by credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, the receipt by Graphus of the confirmation of the transaction on the servers of the specific payment service determines the conclusion of the contract. For Customers who have to pay by bank transfer, the conclusion of the contract coincides with the payment of the amount indicated in the Order Confirmation.
In all cases, the delivery of the goods is subject to payment of the order. In case of payment by credit card, prepaid card, PayPal must take place at the same time as the order is sent via the website. In the case of a bank transfer, payment must be received within 5 working days of receipt of the Order. After this deadline, the order will be considered canceled and Graphus relieved of any obligation towards the Customer.
For the preparation of the estimate, it takes from 2 to 10 working days at the end of the agreement with the Customer of the type of processing defined by telephone or by email following the request for a quote by the user.
For the delivery of the final order usually takes from 3 to 10 working days.
In the event that we are unable to meet this deadline, the customer will be promptly informed with an email indicating the expected delivery. In this case, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 24 hours of receiving the message. If Graphus does not receive any written communication from the Customer within this period of the intention to withdraw from the order, the latter will be deemed confirmed with the new delivery terms.
The Products and services are depicted and made visible on the site accurately and corresponding to the characteristics actually possessed. However, since these are material made for third parties, they cannot be used as a yardstick with the ad hoc project created on the Customer’s requests.
The parties mutually acknowledge that the extreme case may occur in which the offer presented to the Customer on the Site may vary in price or be no longer available after some time, which can be quantified in 30 days from the sending of the offer itself by part of Graphus.
To order, you can search within the services presented on the site for the desired one. From here you can select the product and add it to your list of services for which you can request a quote by clicking on the “request a quote” button.
Once you have selected the (service/s of interest, you can send your request via the page “request quote“, filling out the form with your data, inserting a description of what you want and with the possibility of sending specific material attached.
Following receipt of the request for a quote, Graphus will take care to contact the Customer again at the addresses received to investigate any specifics of the requested project by phone or email. Subsequently Graphus will deal with the drafting of an ad hoc offer that will be delivered via the user’s email box.
In order to complete the Order, the user can choose to accept the offer using the appropriate button in the email. By accepting the offer, the user will be redirected to the dedicated page to proceed with the payment of the order which will be processed in the terms shared and stipulated within the stipulated offer.
The user has the possibility to request and obtain a dedicated remote telematic consultancy of about 30 minutes for a comparison on specific and more articulated projects. The request for advice is made in a simplified way, through the dedicated page the user can click on the “buy a consultation” button. You will then be redirected to a checkout page where you can enter your data and the hourly and daily preferences to fix the appointment.
Once the user has filled out the booking form, he can proceed with the payment through the available digital systems (bank transfer, PayPal and credit and debit cards).
Upon confirmation of payment, Graphus will send an email confirmation of the appointment with the relative date, time and electronic connection link.
